If you won’t be using your suitcase for an extended period, store it in a cool, dry place with a charge level between 40% and 60%. This helps maintain battery health during storage. Ensure the suitcase is completely turned off when not in use.
If you experience issues like charging failures or capacity loss below 60%, contact Airwheel support. Battery replacements under warranty (1 year) are covered for functional defects, but damage from water exposure or unauthorized repairs will not be addressed.
